01Acceptance of Terms

This website, https://www.happilick.com, is operated by HappiLick, a brand of Unocare Remedies (“HappiLick”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

03Product Use and Safety

HappiLick products are adult intimate-care flavoured sprays. Please use them responsibly.

• Read the label and follow the usage instructions on the bottle and on our website.
• Check the ingredients before use. Do not use the product if you are allergic to any ingredient.
• We suggest a small patch test before first use. Stop using the product if you feel irritation or discomfort, and speak to a doctor if it continues.

04Product Information

We try to show our products, flavours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours on your screen, packaging designs and small label details may differ slightly from what you receive. Individual experience of taste and feel can vary from person to person.

05Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and availability can change without notice.
• If there is a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually reversed by your bank within a few business days.

06Orders and Acceptance

Your order is a request to buy. An order confirmation email or message does not mean we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud, resale or bulk purchases, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will get a full refund.

07Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read them before you order. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

08Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Ahmedabad, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the website.
